PICKLING & PRESERVING WORKSHOP

Another fun and informative workshop presented by Country Feeling Australia !!!!

WE WILL BE MAKING

  • Sauerkraut (Wild Fermentation)
  • Traditional Cucumber Pickles

Participants will get to take home their sauerkraut and pickles

WE WILL BE LEARNING:

  • Pickle Onions and eat samples.
  • Preserved Lemons and taste a sample.

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Materials and catering supplied
  • No experience necessary.
  • Please bring along a knife and and a chopping board (&
    apron if you want)
